Comment period is open on proposed changes to the reporting of subcontracts over $25,000 on a public government web site.
"The Councils specifically invite
comments on the following—
(a) The pilot program—
(1) The burden imposed;
(2) Whether making this information
publicly available will affect the
contractor’s competitiveness; and
(3) Whether availability of this
information on a public website raises
industrial, national or other security
concerns." |
