Penobscot Bay Media provides consulting and project services to Federal, State and Local governments around the World.

The Pen Bay VETS Team is much more than an association of skilled and capable companies. We have created a fully functional VETS team with a commitment to supporting the development of each member through intra-team consulting and guidance on subjects like project management, contract management, administration, business development and human resources.

As seen in our Team Showcase, Penobscot Bay Media has teamed with companies holding significant expertise in a wide range of technology offerings. The Pen Bay VETS Team is made up of great companies reflecting the true diversity of the American experience. From every region of the country, we represent SDVO, 8(a), HUBzone, Woman-Owned and Veteran-Owned small businesses working in concert with large, experienced government prime contactors and technology integrators.

We realize that many SDVOSBs were not able to invest the time or resources to lead a team and win a VETS GWAC prime contract, and there are many new SDVOSBs and VOSBs starting up every year that have skills and experience in demand by government customers. The Pen Bay VETS Team provides a structured, managed process by which these businesses can participate in the VETS GWAC program both now and in the future.
